Nichiryo products, except disposable products, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Nichiryo disposable products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
The obligation of Nichiryo America, Inc. under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement (at our option), during the warranty period of any part which proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use, provided the product is returned to Nichiryo America, Inc. (address below) TRANSPORTATION CHARGE PREPAID. Product returned to us must be accompanied by a purchase record which was issued by us and shows the date of purchase. In the absence of such purchase record, the warranty cannot be applied.
This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of defacement, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, destruction or alteration of the serial number (if applicable), improper electrical voltage or currents (if applicable), alteration or maintenance by any person or party other than our own service facility or a Nichiryo authorized Service Center, or any use in violation of the use of instructions furnished by us.
This one-year warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations, or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
PRICES IN THE WEB PAGES ARE IN U.S. DOLLAR PRICES, F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT IN U.S., AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PLEASE CONFIRM CURRENT PRICE AND AVAILABILITY WITH US WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER.
We only accept the credit card payments. Please fill out and sign the credit authorization form, and send together with the purchase order. The acceptable credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
You may place a purchase order with us in the form we provided to you. The purchase order must include the product Catalog number, quantity, unit price and total price, and the shipping and billing addresses. We, as a normal procedure, acknowledge your purchase order by return facsimile, however, please confirm if you do not receive our acknowledgment within 3 working days.
Our standard shipping method for U.S. address is UPS Ground, however, we will choose the best shipment method, based on the nature of the destination, package size and weight, and will charge it with your credit card payment. Other shipping arrangements can be made at your cost upon request when included with your purchase order. There might be other costs such as packing/crating costs and/or shipping charges for shipments outside the USA, and these costs will be added in with your credit card payment.
